Early Family of Hertford and Bertie Counties, NC

James Edward Early was born 11 Feb 1862 and died 23 Jan 1943 in Hertford Co. NC. In 1870 he is listed as age 7, and is living in the household of William and Fannie Godwin. I haven't found him in 1880.

He married Martha Odom (1859-1929) about 1885. They are in Bertie Co. in 1900, and in Hertford in 1910 and 1920.
